- रिपोर्टर की पहचान सत्यापन: KYC प्रत्येक रिपोर्टर की पहचान सत्यापित करता है और फर्जी या धोखाधड़ी वाले प्रोफाइल को रोक देता है।
- जवाबदेही और प्लेटफ़ॉर्म सुरक्षा: पहचान सत्यापन प्लेटफ़ॉर्म के दुरुपयोग को रोकने और सुरक्षा बढ़ाने में मदद करता है।
- दुरुपयोग की स्थिति में सत्यापित रिकॉर्ड: यदि कोई रिपोर्टर प्लेटफ़ॉर्म का दुरुपयोग करता है, तो संगठन के पास उसका सत्यापित KYC रिकॉर्ड उपलब्ध रहेगा।
- कानूनी अनुरोध पर जानकारी: यदि किसी सक्षम सरकारी या जांच एजेंसी द्वारा विधिसम्मत रूप से जानकारी मांगी जाती है, तो लागू कानूनों और Privacy Policy के अनुसार जानकारी साझा की जा सकती है।

- The card must be carried while on duty and produced when legitimately required.
- Misuse, impersonation, false information or unlawful use of this card is prohibited.
- This card is non-transferable and may only be used by the person to whom it is issued.
- The holder must follow applicable law, professional ethics and journalistic standards.
- The Company may suspend, cancel or revoke this card in accordance with its policies and applicable law.
- This card is issued solely for identification of the holder's association with the Company.
- The holder is responsible for content, activities and conduct undertaken in their own capacity.
- This card does not itself create any right to salary, remuneration, allowance or financial benefit.
- Any dispute relating to this card shall be subject to applicable law and competent jurisdiction.
- This is a Private Company Reporter ID; it is not a Government ID or PIB/Government accreditation.
- Holding this card does not by itself create salaried employment; payment applies only where separately agreed or appointed in writing by the Company.
- Any suit, dispute, complaint, or legal proceeding related to this ID Card shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the competent courts at Meerut, Uttar Pradesh.
