By using Global News Press Media, you agree to follow these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to website users, app users, news uploaders, reporters, members, and users who apply for verified profile or Download ID-Card services.

Use of Platform

Users must use the platform responsibly and must not upload illegal, misleading, abusive, defamatory, violent, obscene, hateful, copyrighted, or harmful content.

News and User Content

Users are responsible for the accuracy and legality of content they upload. Global News Press Media may review, moderate, reject, remove, restrict, or report content if it violates platform policy or applicable law.

Verified Membership

Paid membership may include verified reporter profile journey, KYC verification flow, digital profile features, and Download ID-Card access as per the active membership plan.

Download ID-Card

Any ID-Card generated by Global News Press Media is a digital/internal platform identity document linked with membership and verification status. It must not be misused or represented as government accreditation, PIB accreditation, or any official government press authority.

Payments

Membership charges, GST, payment status, benefits, and validity are shown during the payment process. Access to paid benefits is activated only after successful payment and required verification steps.

Account Responsibility

Users are responsible for keeping their account and login credentials secure. Misuse of account, fake identity, fraudulent payment, or policy violation may result in suspension or cancellation.

Limitation of Liability

Global News Press Media provides a digital platform for public updates and user-generated content. We are not responsible for user-submitted false, illegal, or misleading content, but we may take moderation action when such content is reported or detected.
